One of the annual highlights for any trademark practitioner is the Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA),

which this year was held in London, United Kingdom.

NAM IP had a team of five attorneys in attendance and spent the better part of a week meeting clients and partner law firms across the city,

while also enjoying some of the wonderful receptions and events hosted by companies we work with.

It was also a great opportunity to visit the UK offices of several clients,

to whom we extend our sincere thanks for their warm hospitality.

While London presented some unique logistical challenges compared to the large US cities

where most popular venues are within walking distance,

catching glimpses of the city from a taxi or bus window, or taking the Tube on the world’s oldest underground railway system,

provided pleasant moments of respite between meetings.

Thank you to all the friends and colleagues we had the opportunity to reconnect with,

as well as the many new contacts we made along the way.

We are already looking forward to seeing everyone again next year in San Diego!
